Refund Policy

We provide refund if one of the following situation happen :
1. The customer doesn’t received their goods in 45 days for United States customer and 60 days for international customer counted from the day we fulfill the order (This will not applies to the following situations: the shipment was prevented or delayed in whole or in part by reason of force majeure such as epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow)
2. The product is in bad quality (broken, bad sewing, bad coloring, missing part). The customer should provide proof (Photo of the disputed product) to apply for refund in 3 days since the customer receive the product.
3. The product is broken. 
The customer should provide proof (Photo of the disputed product) to apply for refund in 3 days since the customer receive the product.
4. We sent the wrong product (wrong size or color). The customer should provide proof (Photo of the disputed product) to apply for refund in 3 days since the customer receive the product.


We DO NOT provide refund if one of the following situation happen:
1. The customer doesn’t like the product
2. The customer order the wrong product (Please check carefully the size and variation that you want)
3. The customer provide wrong or unclear address (Please provide the correct address)
4. The product smell unusual
